Meet Jocelynn
Jocelynn is from Surprise, Arizona and is currently a second-year undergraduate student at WSU. When she has any free time, she likes to play piano and guitar, read, hangout with her cat, and help animals at an ER clinic. Jocelynn hopes to attend WSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine to get her DVM and specialize.
Jocelynn is working with Avery on single cell comparative analysis of gene clusters in the placenta of humans, rats, and cattle. Specifically, delving into the immune cell populations of multiple species to investigate potential relationships to fertility issues and pregnancy loss in both cattle and humans.
